Exhale started with a simple idea: people heal better when they feel welcome and are given time to breathe.
Founder Keri Lounge (LMT MA57231) has spent more than 18 years doing therapeutic and deep tissue massage. Instead of rushing people through, she shapes each session around the person on her table.
Over time the menu grew to include float, cold plunge, saunas, the Cocoon pod, HOCATT and red light. Then came the tea room, which quickly became the heart of the place.
